I ordered a brand new ART Pro Audio EQ355 Dual Channel 31 -Band EQ in an unopened box, or at least that's what their listing said. I receiver a beat up opened and reaped box that said B-Grade Refurbished on the box. The unit looks fine, but I could have bought a Brand New one for $50.00 more. I bought this one because I thought it was a good deal. I'm thinking I'm going to send it back, but I do not feel I should pay to ship it back since the seller was dishonest and misleading.
