The springtails arrived alive and healthy, although later than expected due ro the Post Office s error. They were shipped in a dirt substrate and easy to see and packed carefully and arrived in perfIect condition Saturday. I emailed the seller Friday because I hadn t received them and he responded Monday. In retrospect, I understand most people like to have the weekend off. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Buy ANYWHERE else. Angry bitter vendor, worst customer skills I have ever encountered in my life. Listing states they don't ship Friday to prevent weekend layovers, yet shipped on Friday. Culture arrived dead, despite perfect weather conditions and fast shipping time... No LIVE markings on the box so likely was irradiated. Contacted vendor to give chance to respond. I was told only they ship live if you pay their $4 shipping surcharge.

Customer threatened negative feedback unless they were sent a free replacement of their order after declining the live arrival guarantee. The optional insurance upgrade is there for times exactly like this where a culture may not arrive in the best condition. If a customer tries to extort a refund or replacement by threatening negative feedback we will NOT work with that customer no matter what the circumstance. There are two sides to every story.
