this seller is a liar and a conman , sold me a box of plastics which was listed as brand new, sealed in a box , un opened, when i got them, the box was all damaged, some of the plastics inside were OPENED, clearly they sent me a box that was previously returned , and now i understand why, i clicked on the return item tab, then the print out return label , which was TOTALLY wrong, thier return postage label said £3.70 but i had to pay nearly £17 ,and they say i dint follow proceedure, CROOKS !

we dont sell used plastics.box might have been damaged during transit but theres no issues with plastics.one of the plastics my have been open to check against something else but was not used.buyer opened a return request and was promptly refunded when we received them back.ebay provides a return label which is free for the buyer return postage wouldnt have cost him anything if he had of used label correctly.totaly unreasonable buyer hope to never deal with him again
