Here’s a tip: log in to your informed delivery account, find the delivery instructions pop up menu, type in > deliver to this address: use your name and address and then tell them where you want it deliver at. I selected front porch. After I did that, they redirected the package back to the east coast. The seller had the correct address and proper packaging. Idk 🤷♂️

They were packed in an envelope instead of a rigid box. Crushed or bent envelopes won't go through a printer. They should always be shipped in a rigid box.
