  Received after nearly two weeks of ordering and did not work. Was not listed as a used part so no warning this could be an issue. This is the second time I have bought items that did not work. At least the first time I knew it was refurbished, and I was taking my chances. There needs to be some sort of certification when items are used that the seller confirms item worked when sent.
