    eBay failed to send any notification that an item was sold. How could we know? We deeply apologized to the buyer for this negative experience and a full refund was initiated. Honestly, why would we want to harm our new eBay business by not responding to items that have been sold? This does not make sense! Items that are sold before 1:00pm are send the same day, items sold after 1:00/2:00pm are shipped the next day. This can be verified by many of our buyers, even if they do not leave a feedback.
