During shipment, USPS fumbled the package, sending it to another state, but thankfully after a missing mail search, the item arrived 2 days later. The seller packaged the item with enough packing to withstand USPS's negligent handling. The package was dented badly on one corner, but because the seller used adequate packing materials, it held up! No damages, great laptop. Thank you! A+++

    It arrived exactly as advertised in new condition with no smudges or signs of being a repair unit and truly a new watch. Packaging could have been a little better as the watch and accessories were loose in a box and the watch moved around with no protection. I would have liked to of seen the watch be wrapped with bubble wrap or a divider in the box. I had no problems and would purchase from this seller again
