    3rd attempt to get a sauna 15 minute Timer since 2019 when I bought my Barrel Sauna as every time I ordered one it never arrived at my home but guess what 3rd time it arrived it was packaged in an unbreakable bag even though it came in a bag it came undamaged in perfect condition & in the red color sand as ordered your people definatly packed it perfectly Thankyou for my delivery being despatched quickly & efficently a job well done would buy from your company again regards Adam Rigby "Rigbyone"

    Paid for June 1- finally sent by seller June 16. NO COMMUNICATION from seller in spite of a message from me - NOTHING!!! The seller puts up a post saying "tracking number sent" which shows "pending" on Aust Post tracking for over 2 weeks. This is very poor business ethics. Dishonest. I will NOT be dealing with this seller again - nor do I recommend them ! ps: item was NOT sent on June 3 as stated below! But June 16

    Been waiting over a week for them to send my item and I have sent them sever messages with no response, I'm extremely unhappy and I won't be buying for them again, there is no reason to make some wait over a week to post there item, if they send my item and that's a big if, and it actually arrives I'll change my review till then if I could I would give them 0 star:s for communication, 0 star's for postage in time, I really wouldn't recommend buying from them as they can't ever reply to messages
