    I went by the size measurements they specified ...and measured my dog accordingly. The collar was too large for my dog. When I asked to send the collar back in exchange for a smaller size, they said that "it was a clearance collar" and they couldn't do that.(There was no mention in their ad re a "clearance" collar...the ad even said "BREATH EASY, Free Shipping and Returns.") They basically called me a liar and that I needed to ""ACTUALLY MEASURE MY DOG'S NECK, AND THEN PURCHASE THE CORRECT SIZE"

    Hi! We do not call anyone names, ever. It is not in our nature. We do see the names you called us, though. Although the measurements given are 100% accurate, you are more than welcome to return the collar unused for a refund. Thank you!

    Terrible customer service, I received these pads and they were all completely dry, not an ounce of liquid in the container. I emailed the seller and they said to add water, these are chlorhexidine wipes that I paid a lot for and wanted them soaked in chlorexhidine as I have bought these several times. I asked vet and agreed adding water would be useless so I emailed again and he tells me I am misinformed and issue is closed!
