The rotating pizza stone is brilliant as cooking is even all over. Not just good for Pizzas we've also done Bread, Tandoori Chicken on skewers (with a drip tray underneath) all of which have turned out really well. Practice is needed to maintain your desired cooking temperature by experimenting what size pieces of wood to put on. I would recommend it others.
