  Seller is very nice! Contacted me to confirm the correct delivery address. Item was received in bubble wrap (pictured) and in a plain cardboard box (not pictured) with little room for the piece to get damaged. The leg did break AFTER I moved it so it was not related to the packaging. It's on the "normal" leg so it's super easy to fix with glue. The other leg is perfectly fine can be interchanged with the extra leg provided. All parts are included so I'm very happy with it!

  I was sent completely the wrong item (received a random keychain instead of an anime figure). After contacting the seller, they apologised and offered a full refund and that I could keep the keychain. Overall, I obviously would have liked the item I ordered, but apart from the wasted time there was no damage done.
