    The experience I had with this seller, was good, the item was sent promptly, however, for some reason it was stuck in the process, and the tracking number wasn't showing much updates.     This is my first negative comment in over 20 years on eBay. The seller was unreasonable and unprofessional. I ordered the items as return gifts for my son's birthday on 20th July, but they arrived late on the 23rd. Despite constant contact, the seller initially offered a 25% refund, then instructed me to keep the items, and later changed his mind, asking me to return them at my own expense. Packing was awful as well. Terrible experience and poor customer service. Careful with this seller.
