    Terrible communication. Sent 1 item instead of the 2 that i purchased. Item arrived rusty. Had to pay my own postage to return item. Finally got my 2 items 2 weeks later. Item come from Amazon prime. Said nothing about that in item description. Not recommended to buy from this seller. Dodgy and poor communication. Absolute waste of time and money! BEWARE EBAYERS

    Dear Buyer, I should remind you that we apologies for the faulty ite. We told you we can replace it with a free return but you dont want to do that. You want products just. And also you were threatening us. There are some rules and regulations for buying online. Customers also do scams so we have to be viilant. Well sorry for the trouble. Have fun!

    as ive read from others these sellers send email saying a tracking order will follow soon but it doesn't i waited 2 weeks then i contacted then and they straight away say it must be lost in transit and me me go go back to their site and "Request" a refund. No offer to re send item Thankfully EBay stepped in notifying me of the refund garentee they have and proccessed a refund for me in 2 days. I would never by from this seller again and perhaps EBay could monitor them. Thankyou to EBay.
