I placed an order last Monday, assuming the company was local to Sydney and that dispatch and delivery would be prompt ideally before the weekend. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I sent a message to follow up but received no response. The lack of communication and updates has been very disappointing. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor customer service, especially when expectations around delivery
