    Refurbished iRobot Roomba s9+ was received but did not work. I did contact seller after trying to find manuals and correct the problem myself. I did contact him at 36 days after receiving the product. The seller would not help in any way but told me that I had contacted him too late. I also didn't note until I had a problem that the seller states No Return Policy. So, no matter what, I bought a machine that didn't work and the seller would not do anything to help. Very disappointed.

    This item was new out of box- not refurbished. I tested it prior to shipping. It worked. Buyer waited 5+ weeks to contact me. I asked him why so long? He said he “struggled to find my contact information”. My contact information is in the listing. Also, most retailers don’t even allow returns after 30 days. Despite my no return policy, had he contacted me sooner, we could have worked something out. I test all electronic items prior to shipping. I don’t sell broken items- not good business.
