Absolutely perfect the service & very happy customer! I got an email soon after order to double check and found I had requested a repair when I initially wanted a replacement. I had email conversation with the team and decided to opt for the repair. I sent on the day (Thurs) got a call Fri to confirm receipt and repair. On Mon I got the part back fully refurbished at a quarter of what a new part (other suppliers) would cost. It was working perfectly and my heating and hot water back online!

I misunderstood that I’ll receive the ordered PCB but instead I got a warning like they can offer only the repair service for these items, which was otherwise mentioned on their EBay offer.
So them refund the money back immediately and In this situation I can only give them 5 stars.
