The pictured item was not received. I contacted the Seller regarding receipt of a lesser quality Bamboo-handled brush, as I paid double in comparison for the "Unique" brush, in addition to $3.99 shipping. However, this Seller was VERY helpful and generous; tried to locate the correct brush. As an apology, they refunded me, AND gifted me the brush I received. I did give 4 stars related to wrong item description. I would definitely order again from this Seller!!!

Listing leads the buyer to believe that the item is in Nashville TN and that they are the seller. Reality is the item is sold by Half Price Books out of Carollton, TX via Amazon Marketplace order. Books were as described but the packaging was the worst I have seen in over 200 transactions. It should not take 8 days to get from Texas to Oklahoma.

I was able to use items that seller sent by mistake. Seller gave a good discount on the mistaken items that were sent. Seller also fixed website photos to reflect actual merchandise being sold. I was happy about the transaction overall.
