Oleum Botanica is a new and exciting essential oil brand. It was created in response to a gap in the essential oil market for products created with deep knowledge and integrity.

Being so passionate about essential oils and aromatherapy, it was hard to accept the amount of misinformation and poor quality essential oils available to the public.

We go to great lengths to ensure that only the highest quality essential oils are sold at an affordable price. We are proud that all our oils are fully traceable to source, 100% pure and natural, unadulterated, and animal cruelty-free. Furthermore, we conduct GC/MS testing on every batch to verify our essential oils and their quality.

    This seller posted my item but was missing a product.. they refused to post the missing item instead issued a refund and if I wanted the item I would have to to pay an extra $10 for postage to cover their mistake. Terrible customer service I won’t be buying from them again.

    We refunded the item as soon as you advised us it was missing, we also offered to refund part of the shipping fee. You declined and were not willing to accept that mistakes can happen and that the item was missed during packing. You were not happy with any solution we offered. Mistakes happen and we handled it professionally/
