Since 1953, Neal Auto Parts has been specializing in providing quality parts and service for our customers. Today, we carry a full line of both foreign and domestic parts for most vehicles newer than 1996. We are proud members of the United Recyclers Group (URG) and the Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA), which awarded us a “Gold Seal Certification”.Our highly trained technicians verify the inventory, test parts and remove them to be racked. Special attention is given to run and test our engines and transmissions to insure our customers are getting a quality product. When we receive your order, our staff will again verify the condition of your part. So regardless if you pick up your order or we ship or deliver it, there is no surprise when you get it.

I sent them a photo of the part I was looking for, and they told me it was the one they had for sale. I bought it, and when it arrived, it was a different part, nothing like the photo I sent them. I won't pay to return a part I didn't order.

The replacement that was sent also had defects. The weather stripping was partially detached. The seller uses stock photos that don't show the actual item you are buying and defects are not described in the auction. I did receive a refund but, a huge waste of time and effort when I needed a window in a hurry to replace my broken one. Is the seller Neal Auto Parts dishonest or just negligent?
