I contacted the seller about a refund and they immediately sent me a return lable which I attached to the parcel, lodged with Aust Post, all at no expense to myself.     The box inside the sealed satchel was open and the item did not contain the USB charger for the drone specified as being included, therefore making it unusable for my son who purchase it with his pocket money. It was also delivered several days later than expected. Needless to say my son is upset. I have contacted the seller but have had no reply. This is the second issue I’ve had with eBay within a fortnight. Think I’ll be steering clear of ebay (and this seller) for a while!
