Didn't arrive on day was given two time slots none was achieved. Came following day but was delivered completely broken in half. To be fair seller gave refund quickly. Found another sink same specification but cheaper.

We are so sorry for the 24 hour delay in delivery. Although we understand this does not excuse the delay, it seems the item was caught in the back log from the bank holiday weekend due to a high volume of freight in the courier network. We are also extremely sorry for the damage sustained to the item and as per your feedback, we will always aim to provide a resolution as quickly as possible to avoid any further inconvenience to our customers.
