  Item description specifically said 3 pack. I ordered 5 thinking I would get 15 balls of yarn, and received 5 balls of yarn. My only option according to seller was to return for a refund, or keep it as is. I kept it and am buying the balance I need for my project elsewhere. Seller did respond, but didn’t offer any other options to resolve the issue except return for refund. The items I received were excellent, just not in the quantity I thought I would be receiving. Ask questions 1st b4 buying!

  Item was as described. packaged well. Shipping however was not very good. The time that it took for item to be shipped was reasonable. That said, using the USPS however caused the item to be five days late in arrival. The regular US Mail is not the way to ship things anymore as their service has degraded so much. Carrier said that delivery was attempted when it was not.
