The product broke after the first use. Seller saw my negative feedback, and only wanted to provide a refund if I got rid of my negative feedback. In reality, the seller should refund regardless of my feedback as the product I had purchased was faulty.
So yes, while they resloved my issue, I still had to purchase a replacement tool, which was not even offered to me in the first place.
