Although they did not want the product returned for a full refund, they responded quickly to my request and offered a partial refund, which was an acceptable resolution. The seller was so much communicative and professional. The item itself has been lost in the mail (so called "national postal operators" are nothing but gangs of non-professionals and primitive criminals). At the same time, it was not the seller's fault: such professional and hardworking sellers often become victims of the crimes committed by the "national posts". I have been refunded for the order.
