  The delivery was super fast, the packaging was very good and the product was intact. The only problem is the delivery staff. They didn't send me a photo of where they left my order. If I hadn't arrived at my apartment on time, it would have been stolen. I have a private locker where they would have left it, and they would have sent me a message or email stating that my order was ready for pickup. I hope they improve this.

  I received the item but it was broke into two pieces. I contacted customer service and heard back from them within a short time. They shipped another product and I received it within a couple days. I could not ask for better service then what I received from this company! Very satisfied with the product, price paid, and the excellent customer service!

  Fender arrive dented shipping box was fine. There was barely any packaging. Just a thin layer of bubble wrap, and cardboard. it’s not the worst dent in the world, but for the money that I paid I expected at least better packaging so that this could’ve been prevented hopefully, I can get a partial refund.
