    The carpet is exactly as described; the item was shipped promptly. However, tracking of the package was the worst I have ever experienced. There were three separate tracking numbers; none of them gave any indication where the package was or when it might be delivered. Nor was a signature required. Considering the steep price of shipping, the service was unsatisfactory. This is no fault of the seller’s; it seems that eBay provides an inadequate shipping option. My advice: use DHL or UPS!

    Item is in perfect condition! It is exactly as described in the description/photos. The seller was incredibly prompt with postage (I am genuinely surprised how fast it arrived!). Postage costs were fair. Item was packaged thoroughly and there was not a hint of damage whilst it made its way to me. Very impressed by the size of this item. Great value for money. 10/10. I will order from again because it's that beautiful!
