  The original purchase I received was damaged and not the shade I ordered. I contacted the seller,who immediately shipped the correct order. It was packaged perfectly with no damage. Great seller

  There was a shipping issue with USPS not the seller and they were very quick to respond to that issue, before I even said anything. The vintage perfume I ordered is a perfect gift for my mom. It was well packaged so there was no chance of breakage. I am so excited to give it to her. It was worth every penny. It's exactly what I hoped it to be, even I remember the scent.

  I am so grateful that the item finally showed up and it was safe. I actually reported it missing and then all of a sudden the item showed up again. I like to make sure my customers get what they pay for and hopefully you got it in time for any celebration or anything of the sorts.   Seller is very nice and helpful in resolving issue s. I told seller its not her fault that doll got damaged during shipping. I ll still keep doll and switch the head onto a better doll. Problem solved.

  I will let eBay look into this. You asked for money back or you would leave negative feedback. I shipped this item with bubble wrap and made sure it was secure for such long travel. The pictures you show have none of the protection around it. So maybe the customs agents messed this up. But this is in no way my fault as a seller. So the negative feedback is unwarranted, but eBay will see what is going on for me. Sorry this item was damaged in transit but that is definitely not my fault. Sorry.

  Due to the USPS slow delivery, the item arrived days late. This was not the fault of the seller as it was sent out the day after I ordered it. Seller responded quickly and issued a refund. I would rate this seller as very dependable!

  Again, great seller to deal with. So easy to message and work with. She does what she can to help out with shipping costs and issues within ebay do to combined shipping not working properly. She had my extra shipping costs refunded to me same day, just a little while after I purchased! I will definitely say she's one of the best sellers to deal with.
