    Cups were received covered in thick dust and very dirty. Then discovered a chip on one of them, so not as described. Seller also insisted on $19 postage cost, so 4x small cups were sent in a huge box that got squashed anyway, because it was half empty.

    Buyer took 2 weeks to complain about the dirty mugs after items were delivered, so have to wonder how much dust/grime was my fault and how much was their fault!

    The parcel took 6 weeks to arrive and you were messaged about the problems the same day that I opened the parcel. I am blessed that I have a dishwasher to sanitize the filth that came from your house.
