    I was sent the wrong item! Description on the seller website states the formula of this lipstick is satin but the box states the formula I received is the shine formula. I reached out to the seller and requested to be allowed to return the item for a refund, however they do not allow returns even if the mistake is theirs! If you order from this seller you'd better be 100% positive you know what you will be receiving because you'll be stuck with it!

    In our message conversation I mentioned that I can provide refund once you send me a photo of the item where its not the same as my listing. You still haven't sent me the photo and without photo I cannot accept the return. I can attach our messages if you like which can prove that I did try to resolve this issue.
