  I paid for the order early in the morning on April 11. The seller didn’t ship it until April 15, and it arrived on April 21 — after the estimated delivery window of April 15–19. This was meant to be a gift, and the delay ruined the timing. The seller’s responses were formal and unhelpful. For a $200 order, I expected much better service. I won’t be ordering from this seller again.
