  The book was as expected. Everything was great except the shipping packaging. There was no protection or cardboard for the book. The package was ripped open and the book had been rolled and shoved inside my mailbox (soft cover). I’m lucky that the book was okay through that. I’m glad I have this item now!

  Hi there! Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. As a stay at home mom to an 8 week old just starting out as a full time seller, there is nothing more important than being able to improve and gain the knowledge of proper shipping methods. With the book being so thick and sent via media mail, I put trust in the postal service to properly handle this package when I shouldn't have. I have now ordered proper mailers and do not bend stickers for all book orders going forward.

  Hi! Thank you for your positive feedback despite a terribly sad situation. Buyer was issued a full refund despite 5 of 8 items making it there in one piece.
