I ordered an ORANGE mat and they sent GREEN! My newly decorated bathroom is ORANGE so not fit for purpose? Seller has offered £4 refund which I refused. The last offer was £7 plus a long letter trying to make me feel sorry for them as their a small company and times are hard blah blah blah! Unfortunately it’s the same for me I’m left with an unwanted item which has cost me £18.28 and they expect me to accept £7 for their mistake?
