    I have contacted this seller twice already and they ask me if I could wait a few more days on my order and I agreed what supposed to be a easy purchase turned into a hassle hear it is almost 3 weeks later and I haven’t received my item I wouldn’t buy from this company slow shipping and bad customer service

    Sometimes, unfortunately, packages do get lost. However, your case was different — the carrier reported that the delay was due to animal interference. That’s why we asked you to wait while they attempted delivery again. If we had confirmed the package was lost, we would never have asked you to wait. We would have issued a prompt refund.
