While the cream arrived very well packed and as described, I am a little miffed by the lack of communication from the seller. I know that others have complained about long delivery times - I am fine with that as long as the seller communicates with me and tells me what is going on. After waiting a week and seeing that my order still hadn’t been fulfilled, I contacted the seller. To this day, she still hasn’t responded to my query. Once the order was sent to UPS, my cream showed up 4 days later.
