The only reason I said No for the question "did the item arrive on time" is bcuz it was shipped to Hawaii which always takes a few days more to arrive. Other than that, the communication with the seller was awesome, the item arrived as expected to Hawaii & the item arrived in the condition it was described as. I'd definitely do business again with this seller. The item was packaged very well! TY seller!

Problem free transaction, item received wrapped in black plastic package and item was exactly as described. Seller was quick to ship and shipped using USPS Ground Advantage which took longer than most other carriers ground shipping would take (and it wasn't free like many who ship using USPS GA provide), but since item wasn't urgently needed that was OK. I would buy from this seller again.

Item received was exactly as described. Fits perfectly in my existing Breville. Seller shipped quickly, but USPS being USPS, the package kept getting delayed in transit and it took a hot minute to arrive (not fault of seller). I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
