Excellent customer service by this seller. Far too many sellers require negative feedback to be updated as payment for a refund but not this seller. I received an unrequested refund for badly bent needles and was not asked to change my feedback as if I owed it to the seller, which I always refuse to do on principle. It s downright wrong.
