  I brought for a fair price, description did not state there was any faults at all. The dress arrived with a missing button on the sleeve - held together with a safety pin. I contacted the seller, asked for a part refund, which is only fair, as I still want the dress. Annoyed because I would have brought from elsewhere. They wouldn’t part refund and stated I had to open a case - there appears no way to do this. Very disappointing.

  I'm so sorry you are unhappy with the dress. As I have not received a return request or a photo of the fault I am unable to send a refund. There is a spare button on the inside tag which you should be able to attach where the other one is missing. I am also really happy to do this if you would like to return and receive a full refund. I'm sorry I missed the flaw.
