Really pleased with this product and the excellent advice provided with it. The supporting video clips recommended with the package are very well presented and easy to follow. I replaced the ink pads in my Epson XP960 easily and I now just need to use the key provided to reset the printer counter and resume printing. I'm leaving thus piece to my son who's an IT Professional. I was on the verge of ordering a new printer but will no longer need to do this. An absolute 'life saver.!
