After VAT, eBay fees, the cost of Parcelforce delivery for a large item (we don't use cheap, unreliable couriers) and the cost of the heavy-duty bubble wrap we use to protect orders, let alone the 30 minutes or so it takes to package a toilet pan properly, there is rarely any profit on our delivery charges.
