Only the *dimensional* drawing was incorrect (from Burlington's website.) The product code was correct and was clearly indicated, which you ignored, so your negative feedback is unfair. I apologised for the unexpected discrepancy. Despite this, I'm STILL waiting for you to return the item you saiid you were going to send back some time ago. Presumably you've chosen to keep it, given the only difference is about 2" in spout length, so not exactly a major issue. We both made mistakes. Nick

I am unable to leave Feedback on the link provided by this seller so would welcome a response.
Having already paid £1.85 postage the Royal Mail were unable to deliver these screws as the postage paid was insufficient. I have thus had to pay an extra £1.50 to have this package delivered. So what started off as 4 screws priced at £4.84 to include £1.85 postage, the whole delivery has cost me £6.69 for four tiny screws. This seller needs to ensure they price up the required postage fee accurately.

Perhaps you've not noticed the "Contact Seller" option on the 1,600+ listings?! You've not let us know about this minor issue. Having supplied hundreds of these with only 1 alledged issue before yours, I am not going to update the postage or details. eBay takes 14% of the total paid, meaning we actually lose money, taking into account the cost of the jiffy bag, actual postage and time. Please provide proof of the surcharge and I'll gladly refund it. We're not difficult to contact. Nick

My only comment was that when I unwrapped the toilet seat, there was no model number printed on the box which I found somewhat concerning.
Seeking reassurance before I opened the packaging, I spoke to Nick at Oddcolours in respect of my purchase. He was very informative and happy to engage in conversation. He asked that I send pictures of my existing toilet seat for further verification that I had indeed, bought the right model!
Luckily I had and which has now been installed.
