  All I can say is this is one of the best companies I have dealt with online, communication was amazing, I did not see a banner from eBay stating they would be out of office for a week, my Bad, yet I sent a message and they replied within 5 minutes. While on vacation. Then they sent the Tailgate before the new expected date. The packing of the tailgate was impeccable. OEMresale has got a new life long Ford F250 customer.   It is apparent that these guys are professionals. The tailgate was shipped very quickly and got here fast. It was exactly as shown on the site. Having bought body parts on-line before I was a bit worried that it may be damaged in shipment. These guys know what they are doing. This tailgate was extremely well packed in a padded, heavy duty cardboard container marked with "fragile" stickers. The shipper would have had to go to lengths to damage it. We are very pleased with the whole transaction.
