After the item still didn't arrive, seller was gracious enough to immediately refund the purchase amount. With another seller, this could have easily become a headache, but the seller absorbed all the backend carrier logistics re the non-delivery, which as a buyer with a limited amount of time, I appreciated very much.

    The item took a little longer than I would have liked to arrive. However, I did get the item & everything was nicely placed inside & packaged. If I were to change anything, I would give a better description along with pictures of the bag size. It was a lot smaller than I expected. However I am still pleased with the purchase.

    Item was received as expected, in the retail packaging/labeling. Great communication by the seller leading up to the delivery. The only thing I can suggest is, please provide the buyer with the proper means of shipping/delivery method. I was provided with USPS Tracking information, however the item was actually delivered by Amazon. No password was needed or requested by the Amazon driver for your item, though you did provide one for me. This causes a bunch of unnecessary confusion.
