Ordered a blackberry bold but was sent a blackberry classic instead! The listing said the phone was new and sealed but it wasn’t sealed and although the phone was in good condition, I doubt it was new like it started so I returned it. the seller lied to eBay about it, saying it was sealed and was a blackberry bold and even went as far as uploading pictures, but in the pic you can clearly see the listing photos of the phone say BOLD and the pictures I uploaded say CLASSIC avoid at all costs!!!

The wrong phone was packaged in the box so really this would have been a negative review but as messages were responded to quickly, return easy and full credit issued it resolved the issue quickly. I do wonder however how the wrong phone model was in the rhe box of what I thought I was getting and sealed?
