First they said they would replace the motors with the correct ones, then they told me they changed the specifications for the model. Then they offered to make custom ones to match the advertised specs, which I accepted because I wanted what I ordered. Then they wanted to charge me extra and buy MOQ to get what I ordered. Then they said something about getting me the right power supply to match the motor, but then never updated me.
