  Overall, OUTSTANDING!!! The item was at my front door within 48 hours. Was in secured packaging and item was as described. But where the seller excelled was after the purchase. I had questions about needing to pull the item apart. The seller then sent me pictures on how it was done. I bought the item because I have 2 identical taps already installed but needed to buy a new one to pull apart so I can repair my existing ones. As for value, it was the cheapest available that would ship to Australia
