I have contacted the seller who sent me the right personalisation on a completely different trophy to the one I ordered. Contacted them and first they said i have received the wrong trophy/order (but my personalisation was right??)and then they said it was out of stock. Their communication is bad and now I’m left with a trophy I can’t use and no time to refund and get anything else in time. The order took a week to come with no communication from them about being out a stock.
