  This item arrived without any instructions so I contacted the seller via Ebay account. The next day I received an email showing the side of the packaging box with instructions which had been covered with a label which could not be removed. So , Seller! Be careful this does not happen with future orders. I am grateful that the seller responded quickly . I cannot give more than 3 stars presently as this product has to be used continually before results can be assessed.

  The item was received as described. Evri were very slow in the delivery of the item and both the seller and myself were required to chase this up before it moved from the sellers local depot to the delivery depot. Packaging was good and this was the best value original remote available which also was in full working order.

  Great little scooter, which will be fun for me and the grandkids to use. As described: scooter is new, box was damaged. It was also good value as considerably cheaper than the listed price from major outlets. There was delay in receiving it, because Evrie, the delivery company lost it, but I let the seller know and they immediately sent out a new one with no quibble, which arrived very quickly at the pick up point.
