The seller folded the hat they shipped in half and then in half again when they sent it...it arrived with 4 permanent creases in the brim that are there for good...the item is not in the same shape it was in the pictures and why I purchased it, and the seller offered zero interest in my discontent...I doubt is have purchased it in its present condition...

This was a soft rimmed hat that would not crease permanently. I offered my apologies and offered to take a return. The buyer declined, advising they would rather leave negative feedback than find a solution.
