The trainers arrived in a broken,battered box. Seller said he used old boxes for the sake of the environment and yet they were posted in a plastic bag. New shoes should not be sent out in old boxes. These were bought as a gift. So I had to either take them out of the box or give it in a box that made the gift look second hand. I was given a £2 refund but that's not the point. He told me the plastic parcel bag is 100% recyclable which it isn't. No plastic packaging is recyclable.
