My recent order was nothing short of a disappointing and frustrating experience. I received a sealed box from them and upon opening it; I found it to be just full of packing paper and no merchandise inside. When contacting them they claimed they would never do such a thing, and that they believed something “fishy” must had have happen in transit from their warehouse to me. It’s not my fault; and they claim it’s not theirs. In the meantime, I’m out $262.16. What is my recourse as a customer?

It’s just not possible that a piece weighing 6 pounds on a label would sneak through our system…the person that,picks up ur mail daily would have questioned it as well. The empty box routine can’t work here man! We were 100% before this awful comment and have been. Empty boxes is not what we do or ever. Someone opened it at your house and is lying to you for sure. Again empty box won’t work here on eBay with this seller. Check under your roof, the culprit is there I’m sure.
